
Pesto alla Genovese
Our Pesto is not pasteurize, use it cold directly with the pasta and a little bit of oil. The Pesto can be used for first courses such as gnocchi or trofie pasta, vegetable soup, linguine or lasagne. Also excellent with tomato sauce to enhance the flavours, on bruschetta bread, with raw vegetables or cheeses.
